Flavor Profile – The date distillate has a full body and round mouthfeel that is balanced with herbal freshness (lemon leaves, mint, fresh pine shoots), spicy & savory notes (juniper, coriander, myrtle, laurel, hyssop), a distinct earthiness from the local Ashwagandha root and a subtle sweet finishing note from the mandarin peel.
