ZOARA COCKTAILS – a new line of ready-to-drink cocktails crafted by ZOARA Distillery: a collaboration with Bar Shira, a world-renowned Tel Aviv mixologist, combining artisanal date spirits with botanicals, herbal syrups, and local raw materials into bold, original creations.

This four-pack brings together our four signature cocktails — each in its own 200ml bottle:

Jasmine, Pomegranate & Mandarin – An Israeli take on the jasmine cocktail with local botanicals, mandarin, Campari, and pomegranate syrup. Refreshing and bittersweet. 15% Alc. Vol.

Date Daiquiri & Cardamom – Aged date brandy from the Valley of Springs, fresh lime juice, and a spiced cardamom syrup. Tangy, lightly sweet, and aromatic. 15% Alc. Vol.

Strawberry & Sage Martini – Strawberry, fresh sage, vodka, lemon, and a touch of sake. Lightly sweet and tangy. 15.5% Alc. Vol.

Spicy Margarita – Tequila, local citrus liqueur, fresh lemon, and Lapid chili peppers grown in this land and infused into the spirit. Tangy and fiery. 15% Alc. Vol.
