ZOARA takes its name from an ancient Biblical city near the Dead Sea – once known as the “City of Dates.”
Thousands of years ago, dates were the region’s most cherished crop, widely crafted into alcohol.
That tradition vanished nearly 2,000 years ago.

We are bringing it back.

At ZOARA Distillery, we revive this ancient heritage with modern innovation, advanced distilling techniques, and a deep culinary sensibility to create a spirit unlike any other.

Our process begins by fermenting premium dates into an elegant date wine.
This wine is then carefully distilled into a crystal-clear eau de vie – smooth, aromatic, and full-bodied.
From there, we infuse the distillate with handselected local botanicals, transforming it into distinctive, flavorful spirits that capture the essence of our land and time.

The result is a rare and authentic experience – a modern revival of one of the world’s oldest traditions.
