Arak Mansour

“Mansour” is a deep and powerful arak, yet harmonious and smooth to drink.
Based on a Medjool date distillate and infused with anise seeds.
It was aged in oak barrels for several years in the extreme heat of the Valley
of Springs, which accelerated the aging process and deepened its flavors.
How to drink it?
Arak, a little water, ice — in that order.

This special arak is named in memory of a remarkable man we sadly never
had the privilege to know — Shlomo Mansour, who was abducted from his
home in Kibbutz Kissufim on October 7, 2023, and later murdered.
Shlomo, a native of Iraq — the man with the ever-present, warm smile —
loved arak, loved his family, and loved life.
This arak is dedicated to his memory 💛

Shlomo Mansour, a beloved father and cherished grandfather, would raise a
glass of arak at the Friday Shabbat table, add a kiss, and greet everyone with
a smiling “Shabbat Shalom.”
This arak was created in his memory, with deep love and great longing — so
that we may remember to raise a glass for him as well.
