MANDARINA is an Israeli date liqueur distilled from Medjool dates and infused with fresh mandarin peels of a rare heritage variety, grown in the Holy Land’s Jordan Valley.

Once a year, we harvest this unique local mandarin — a variety we use exclusively for our gin botanicals. We extract the peels, infuse the distillate with their aromatic oils, and press the fruit itself to capture its freshest juice. MANDARINA is the sweet liqueur that results from this process.

FRESH | CITRUSY | SWEET | FULL-BODIED

Best served neat, over ice, or as a citrus liqueur in classic cocktails like Jasmine and Margarita.
