ZOARA GIN is distilled from Medjool dates grown in Israel’s Jordan Valley – the biblical heartland of date cultivation.
The date distillate is infused with 14 local botanicals foraged from the hills and valleys of the Holy Land, creating a gin with a full body and round mouthfeel.

Best served  -over ice with quality tonic, garnished with fresh mint or a slice of mandarin.
