The new ZOARA Cocktails collection is a creative collaboration between
Arnon Enoch – founder of ZOARA Distillery
and Bar Shira, founder of the Imperial group, one of Tel Aviv’s leading mixologists.

Together, they crafted cocktails inspired by the Israeli landscape and agriculture –
local cocktails that grow from this land.

The collection is based on artisanal date spirits, botanical extracts, herbal syrups,
and local raw materials.
